Product introduction：
The LT6025EH laser cutting machine by Acme Laser is independently researched and developed. Machine body weld by steel tube or steel plate. Bed, chuck and other main components are independently developed and designed by our company. The machine is equipped with full-stroke pneumatic chuck, mainly used for metal tube cutting, molding, suitable for various metal tubes with diameters of 16-240mm and different shapes.
Product configuration：
The main engine is welded by 16-20 mm carbon steel plate and strictly heat treated.
The main engine adopts Japanese Yaskawa motor, a total of 5 servo motors.
Pneumatic support design, which makes cutting more stable. The machine is with large stroke automatic centering chuck.
The machine body and screw holes above 4mm are all planed and milled by imported large milling machine.
The whole machine adopts self-lubrication system, which can reduce the equipment loss caused by the lack of lubrication
